*The following Apple devices DO NOT have eSIM capability:
- iPhone devices from mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macao (except iPhone 13 Mini, iPhone 12 Mini, iPhone SE 2020, and iPhone XS).
- Apple Watch are currently NOT compatible.
*For iPhone and iPad purchased :
- If you set up your device for the first time after June 23, 2020, your
eSIM activates after setup. Contact your carrier if eSIM is not
activated. - For devices set up before this date, follow instructions on this link to activate eSIM. The procedure may require erasing your device data – make sure to backup beforehand.
*Only iPad devices with Wi-Fi + Cellular capability are supported (except
devices purchased in mainland China, Hong Kong, or Macao).
