Esimnox is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect installation, accidental deletion, device resets, or improper device configuration.

Actual service quality may vary depending on:

7. Refunds

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

In all circumstances, Esimnox's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected order.

12. Third-Party Networks

eSIM services rely on third-party mobile network operators.

Esimnox does not own or operate these networks and cannot guarantee network availability, performance, or coverage at all times.

Any interruptions caused by network providers are outside the reasonable control of Esimnox.
