1. Digital Product Policy
All eSIMs sold by Esimnox are digital products. Once an eSIM has been delivered to the customer, it is considered fulfilled and cannot be returned in the same way as a physical product.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

The eSIM has been delivered successfully to the email address provided during checkout.

The eSIM has been installed, activated, or used.

The customer purchased the wrong eSIM, destination, or data package.

The customer no longer needs the eSIM after purchase.

The customer changed travel plans.

The customer's device does not support eSIM technology.

The customer failed to verify device compatibility before purchase.

The customer failed to unlock their device before purchasing an eSIM.

The customer accidentally deleted the eSIM from their device.

The customer experienced poor coverage due to local network limitations outside our control.

The data allowance has been fully or partially consumed.
3. Device Compatibility Responsibility
It is the customer's sole responsibility to verify that their device:

Supports eSIM technology.

Is carrier-unlocked.

Is compatible with the purchased eSIM service.
Esimnox provides compatibility information to assist customers; however, we cannot guarantee compatibility for every device variant or carrier-restricted model.
Refunds will not be granted if a customer's device is found to be incompatible after purchase.
4. Network Coverage and Service Availability
Coverage, speed, and network availability may vary depending on:

Network congestion

Local carrier infrastructure

Device capabilities

Environmental conditions
Esimnox does not guarantee uninterrupted service, maximum speeds, or coverage in every area.
Service variations resulting from network providers are not grounds for a refund.
5. Eligible Refund Requests
A refund may be considered only in the following situations:

The eSIM cannot be delivered due to a technical issue caused by Esimnox.

The eSIM cannot be activated because of a verified issue originating from our service.

The customer received a duplicate charge for the same order.

The purchased eSIM cannot be provided due to a system error on our side.
Each case will be reviewed individually by our support team.
6. Technical Assistance Requirement
Before requesting a refund, customers must contact our support team and provide reasonable troubleshooting information.
Esimnox reserves the right to investigate reported issues and attempt to resolve them before approving any refund request.
Failure to cooperate with troubleshooting steps may result in the refund request being denied.
7. Fraud Prevention
To protect against fraud and abuse, Esimnox reserves the right to refuse refund requests that:

Contain false information.

Involve suspicious activity.

Violate our Terms of Service.

Show evidence that the eSIM has already been activated or used.
8. Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact Esimnox support before initiating a chargeback through their payment provider.
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in account restrictions and future purchase limitations.
9. Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method.
Refund processing times vary by payment provider and financial institution and may take between 5 and 15 business days.
